A tale about Chloe and Jack, an attractive couple living together in an apartment building in Phoenix, Arizona. When there’s a commotion in their unit and the police are called in, the gossip mill takes over. One neighbor with a gambling addiction decides to take advantage and creates a little gambling game about this couple’s fate. He calls it the Pretty Couple’s Wheel of Fortune and the deadline for the game is on Halloween. From there, things get way out of hand and the gamblers’ blood thirst takes over.
